Do you have any idea how old Vic is?

I...want to say thirteen? But it's been a while since we played the game, and I'm not sure if I'm just making that up or not. ^^;
I know the twins are 10, and Vic is older than that. But Ed is 17 (lolwhut), and Vic is definitely pretty clearly younger. :x
