I'm giving thanks!
Wow, it's been awhile.
I helped cook Thanksgiving dinner for the first time last night--we usually all go down to my uncle's, but this year we stayed up in Maryland. It was really excellent; the food turned out well and I met some awesome people, and got reminded that sometimes people can really, really surprise you. In a good way.
In other news, I am Ridiculously excited about my yuletide assignment. I've been plotting it out all week.
Nano's still going good--though I used up my word-cushion, and I'm going to have to write my ass off this weekend.
Now comes the eating of leftovers and trying to finish all my homework by Monday! And trying to track down my friends back home, who all seem to have forgotten how to answer the phone.
